香格里拉酒店位置环境很好，交通便利秋水广场地铁站旁边。红咖啡自助餐菜品很合我口味，有自助火锅，最喜欢吃的是生蚝，椒盐羊靴子，三文鱼，寿司。服务服很好热情主动服务，聂英送来的北京烤鸭好好吃，大姐还主动来了瓦罐汤。很好的一次用餐体验！

平日里去人不多，靠窗位宽敞，窗外就是酒店的花园，景观不错。菜品不多，对于我这种不是很能吃的还是可以的。服务意识要提高，真的不是香格里拉酒店的水平，服务员像一群实习生，给人没有培训到位就上岗的感觉。还有希望本来就不多的几个热菜不要都是辣的（过来吃饭的人并不都是能吃辣的吧）建议增加辣椒酱等调料，客人可以根据需要自己选择加不加辣。
